What To Do With Return to A-Z Guide

Tables

Wooden, metal, plastic/foldable, large and/or small tables that are gently used, clean, and in good usable condition are accepted for donation at locations throughout the A2 Area Reuse Network. Tables that are broken and in poor, unusable condition are not recyclable but are accepted for safe disposal at the Drop-Off Station and Recovery Yard as general waste. Metal/steel tables are accepted as scrap metal for recycling at the Drop-Off Station and Recovery Yard.

Recycle Right!

Large metal items such as tables are not accepted in curbside recycling carts but can be recycled as scrap metal. Metal can be infinitely recycled without losing quality, please don't throw metal items in the trash, recycle them instead.

Choose Zero Waste!

Try to repair, refurbish, or repurpose tables first and find another use for them in your home; if not possible, donating unwanted but usable furniture instead of throwing them away or recycling them is the best way to ensure they get reused!

While we do our best to stay updated on alternative reuse and recycling locations, we recommend that you call locations before taking your item(s) to confirm that they currently accept them.
