What To Do With Return to A-Z Guide

Packing paper, non-plastic coated

Packing paper sheets like kraft or newsprint is accepted for recycling in curbside recycling carts and at the Drop-Off Station and Recovery Yard. Poly (plastic) coated kraft paper is not recyclable and not accepted.

Recycle Right!

Do not put plastic-coated paper in your curbside recycling cart. The plastic coating can contaminate the paper recyclables, causing them to become trash instead of being recycled. You can identify plastic-coated paper by its shiny appearance on one or both sides.
