What To Do With Return to A-Z Guide

Cabinets, good condition

Bath/kitchen cabinets that are gently used, clean, and in good usable condition are accepted for donation at locations throughout the A2 Area Reuse Network. Cabinets must be unbroken, include hinges and pulls, and have installed doors and drawers in order to be accepted for donation.

Recycle Right!

Cabinets are commonly made from various types of wood, plywood, and other types of materials, and are not recyclable. Do not put wood in your curbside recycling cart as it can damage equipment and create unsafe conditions for our workers. Metal hinges and pulls can be recycled as scrap metal at the Drop-Off Station and Recovery Yard.

Choose Zero Waste!

Try to repair, refurbish, or repurpose cabinets first and find another use for them in your home; if not possible, donating unwanted but usable cabinets instead of throwing them away is the best way to ensure they get reused!
