Businesses within the City of Ann Arbor are eligible for free recycling pick-up service.

Our experienced staff will work with you to maximize materials recycled from your business, and to minimize the amount of materials sent to landfill.

Business Recycling
Leadership Award
Businesses within the City of Ann Arbor can apply for the Business Recycling Leadership Award by meeting following criteria:

• They must be located in the City of Ann Arbor;
• Be a Recycle Ann Arbor customer;
• Recycle a high percentage of waste, as verified by a Recycle Ann Arbor waste and recycling audit;
• Have a designated recycling coordinator or green team;
• Recycle special (non-traditional) materials;
• Provide recycling education to employees;
• Be involved in several other sustainable practices, as identified on the award application.
